Creamy Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites made with simple healthy ingredients. This easy high protein snack is naturally sweet, kid friendly, and perfect for meal prep or guilt free dessert cravings.
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Provides a creamy base and is rich in protein)
½ cup Peanut Butter (Adds richness and flavor with healthy fats)
Optional Flavor Boosters (e.g., melted chocolate) (Enhances taste and allows for a decadent treat)
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt and ½ cup of peanut butter.
Mix vigorously with a spatula for about 2–3 minutes until completely smooth and fully incorporated.
Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling each cavity to the top and smoothing the surface.
Place molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully solid.
