Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps

8 oz cream cheese or hummus (softened for spreading)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup thinly sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)

1/2 cup baby spinach or shredded lettuce

1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumbers

1/4 cup chopped green onions
