This easy hot fudge pie is rich, gooey, and made in one bowl with simple ingredients. A perfect chocolate dessert for any occasion—serve warm with ice cream for extra indulgence!

Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp salt

½ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar with a hand mixer for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir by hand to combine.

Gently fold in cocoa powder, salt, and flour until just mixed. Do not overmix to keep the texture fudgy.

Grease an 8-inch pie pan and pour in the batter.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is just set.

Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For extra indulgence, top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Don’t overbake—center should stay slightly gooey for the best texture.

Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, or a drizzle of caramel sauce before baking.
