Juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor—these easy crack chicken tenders are coated in Ritz crackers, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan for a crave-worthy bite.

Ingredients

→ Main Ingredients:

1 pound chicken tenders

½ cup mayonnaise (or substitute with Greek yogurt or sour cream)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare Coating: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.

Coat Chicken: Dip each chicken tender into the mayo mixture, coating thoroughly, then dredge in crushed Ritz crackers, pressing to help the coating stick.

Bake: Place tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Optional: For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1–2 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.

Notes

You can substitute Greek yogurt or sour cream for mayonnaise for a lighter option.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.

Great for meal prep or as a game day snack.
