These easy cinnamon sugar blondies are chewy, buttery, and loaded with warm spice. Topped with a sweet cinnamon crunch, they’re perfect for cozy cravings or quick bakes.

Ingredients

1 large egg

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup light brown sugar, packed

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided

3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg, honey, and vanilla extract; whisk until fully combined.

Stir in flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the texture soft.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar with the remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the batter.

Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let blondies cool completely in the pan before slicing into 9 squares.

Notes

These blondies are sweet and chewy with a soft, buttery texture.

Honey adds moisture and subtle flavor—maple syrup can be used as a substitute.

Add white chocolate chips or chopped pecans for extra texture.

Great for lunchboxes, bake sales, or quick desserts.
