2 stalks romaine lettuce, washed and cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
1 cup rotini pasta, uncooked
1 cup croutons
1 cup Caesar dressing
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste (optional)
