Golden on the outside, juicy on the inside—these crispy chicken patties are easy to make and packed with flavor. A simple, family-friendly meal everyone loves.

Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

½ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a patty.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Fry the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve warm with sides or dipping sauces of your choice.

Notes

For extra flavor, place a small cube of mozzarella inside each patty before frying.

Add finely chopped spinach or grated carrots to sneak in more veggies.

Make it gluten-free by using almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs.

Customize with fresh herbs like chives, basil, or cilantro.

These also make great sliders when served on mini buns!
