This creamy, high-protein cookie dough dip is made with cottage cheese, almond flour, and vanilla protein—easy, secretly healthy, and totally snack-worthy!
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1½ cups almond flour OR heat-treated all-purpose flour
¼ cup vanilla protein powder
½ cup chocolate chips
Blend Cottage Cheese:
Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Mix Dip:
In a medium bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, almond flour or heat-treated flour, protein powder, and chocolate chips. Stir well to mix.
Chill:
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
Serve:
Enjoy as a dip with fruit, graham crackers, or cookies—or eat by the spoonful!
Flour Texture Tip: Almond flour has a naturally grainy texture. For a smoother consistency, use heat-treated all-purpose flour.
How to Heat-Treat Flour: Microwave in a heat-safe bowl for 30 seconds, stir, then heat another 30 seconds. Let cool before using.
Protein Boost: Use your favorite vanilla protein powder—whey or plant-based both work.
