Cool Whip And Pudding Frosting

Quick and creamy frosting with just a few ingredients, ideal for last minute desserts and sweet treats

Ingredients

1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz container Cool Whip (thawed)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Add thawed Cool Whip to the mixture.
Beat on medium speed until fully incorporated and light and fluffy.
Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or as a dip for fruit.
Store in the refrigerator if not using right away.

Notes

Keep frosted desserts refrigerated due to the Cool Whip.
Best used within 2–3 days for optimal texture and flavor.
Let chilled frosting sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for a softer consistency.
