Ingredients

3 cups shredded coconut
½ cup protein powder
½ cup powdered sugar substitute
⅔ cup sugar-free condensed milk
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, protein powder, and powdered sugar substitute.
Add Wet Ingredients
Pour in the sugar-free condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
Shape the Bars
Transfer mixture into a lined 8×8-inch pan. Press down firmly and evenly.
Chill
Freeze for 10 minutes until firm, then slice into 12 bars.
Melt Chocolate
Microwave chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Coat Bars
Using forks, dip each bar into melted chocolate until fully coated.
Set
Place on a lined tray and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
