All the sweet, spiced goodness of a cinnamon roll—transformed into a rich, creamy dessert dip with a swirl of icing and caramel on top!

Ingredients

Dip:

2 packages (16 oz total) cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Icing Drizzle:

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 tablespoons milk

Topping:

Caramel sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.

Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until creamy and well combined.

Pour in the heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy.

Gently fold in the chopped pecans. Transfer dip to a serving bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the icing ingredients until smooth.

Drizzle icing in a spiral or swirl pattern over the dip, then drizzle caramel sauce on top to mimic a cinnamon roll glaze.

Serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes for a firmer texture. Best served with apple slices, graham crackers, cinnamon-sugar pita chips, or cookies.

Notes

For extra richness, substitute mascarpone for part of the cream cheese.

Add raisins or mini cinnamon chips for a fun twist.

Great for fall parties, brunch tables, or holiday dessert spreads.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
