A quick and satisfying wrap filled with crisp romaine, tender chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan—perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1½ cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover)

⅓ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup croutons

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas (10”)

Instructions

Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Toss with tongs until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the amount of dressing if necessary.

Warm the tortillas: Heat each tortilla in a skillet for about 15–30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable. Cover with a towel to keep warm.

Assemble the wrap: Place a portion of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if desired.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half or serve them whole, based on preference.

Notes

Meal Prep: I sometimes prep components separately (chicken, lettuce, dressing) and assemble the wraps just before eating to prevent sogginess.

Storage: Store leftovers wrapped in foil or plastic in the fridge for up to 1 day. Best eaten the same day to avoid sogginess.
