Fresh, hearty, and loaded with turkey, bacon, avocado, and melty cheese—these easy California Turkey Club Wraps make the perfect quick lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

12 slices deli turkey breast

8 slices cooked bacon

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, sliced

4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Butter or oil (for toasting wraps, optional)

Instructions

Warm tortillas slightly so they are soft and pliable.

Spread mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla. Add Dijon mustard if desired.

Layer turkey slices down the center of each tortilla.

Add cheese, bacon, avocado slices, lettuce, and tomato.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a wrap.

Optional: Toast wraps seam-side down in a skillet with a little butter or oil until golden and lightly crisp.

Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, swap mayo for garlic aioli.

A squeeze of fresh lemon over the avocado brightens up the whole wrap.
