The best Cajun boiled eggs with spicy garlic butter sauce packed with bold spices and buttery goodness. A perfect keto snack for late-night bites or quick protein-rich meals.

Ingredients

68 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

Boil the eggs until hard-cooked, peel them, and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the sliced onions and cook until soft and fragrant.
Stir in the minced garlic, garlic paste, and all the seasonings.
Pour in the vegetable broth and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
Place the boiled eggs in a bowl and pour the hot Cajun garlic butter sauce over them.
Serve warm or chilled, depending on your preference.

Notes

Adjust cayenne and red pepper flakes to control spice level.
For deeper flavor, let the eggs sit in the sauce for a few minutes before serving.
You can lightly score the eggs to help absorb more sauce.
Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated and reheated gently.
