Ingredients

Round cookies (store-bought or homemade sugar cookies)

White frosting

Pink frosting

Regular-size marshmallows

Mini marshmallows

Sanding sugar sprinkles (pastel colors)

Instructions

Spread a thin layer of white frosting on top of each round cookie.

Pour the pastel sanding sugar sprinkles onto separate small plates.

Press the frosted side of each cookie into the sprinkles so they stick and create a colorful base.

Place the pink frosting into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner cut off.

Cut the regular-size marshmallows in half using kitchen scissors.

On the non-sticky side of each marshmallow half, pipe small pink frosting dots to create the bunny paw pads.

Add a small dot of pink frosting to the sticky side of each marshmallow half to act as glue.

Press the marshmallow halves onto the cookie to form the bunny feet.

Place a small dot of pink frosting on the bottom of a mini marshmallow.

Press the mini marshmallow into the center of the cookie to create the bunny tail.

Let the cookies set for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store decorated cookies in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap to keep them fresh.

Use store-bought sugar cookies to save time or bake homemade cookies for extra flavor.

Kids will love helping decorate these cookies for Easter parties or school treats.

For extra sparkle, mix different pastel sanding sugars together.
