This sweet and creamy brown sugar cinnamon butter is the perfect spread for toast, pancakes, or holiday rolls. Just 4 simple ingredients and ready in minutes!

Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

¼ cup brown sugar

Pinch of salt (omit if using salted butter)

½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Whip the Butter

In a bowl, stir or beat softened butter until light and fluffy.

You can use a hand mixer or a fork.

2. Sweeten & Spice

Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix until completely smooth and well combined.

3. Store or Serve

Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container.

Optional: shape butter into a log and wrap in parchment paper.

4. Chill

Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Let butter sit at room temperature for easier spreading before serving.
