Ingredients

→ Filling:

1 lb ground beef

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Garlic powder, to taste

Onion powder, to taste

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Optional: crispy bacon (chopped), diced pickles, caramelized onions

→ Dough:

1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough, cut and flattened into 812 circles

→ Topping:

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned.

Drain excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

Let mixture cool completely, then stir in shredded cheese and optional ingredients like bacon or pickles.

Form the Dough Balls:

Flatten each dough circle into about a 4-inch round.

Place 1–2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.

Fold edges over and pinch to seal. Roll gently into a ball.

Assemble & Top:

Place sealed dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix melted butter and garlic. Brush over dough balls.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Finish & Serve:

Brush with remaining garlic butter and top with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, marinara, or honey mustard.

Notes

Letting the filling cool fully prevents soggy dough.

Try with ground chicken, shredded rotisserie chicken, or even taco-seasoned beef for variations.

Great for make-ahead: form and freeze before baking!
