These baked cinnamon apple wedges taste just like mini apple pies—without the crust or fuss! A warm, cozy dessert or snack that’s perfect for fall or anytime.

Ingredients

3 large apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji preferred), cored and sliced into wedges

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss Apples:
In a large bowl, combine apple wedges with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss until evenly coated.

Bake:
Arrange coated apples in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until apples are tender and caramelized.

Serve:
Enjoy warm as-is or top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a delicious dessert.

Notes

Use Granny Smith apples for a more tart flavor.
