These baked cinnamon apple wedges taste just like mini apple pies—without the crust or fuss! A warm, cozy dessert or snack that’s perfect for fall or anytime.
3 large apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji preferred), cored and sliced into wedges
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream
Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss Apples:
