Moist, tender, and ready in just 20 minutes, these easy turkey meatballs are perfect for meal prep, pasta night, or sandwiches.

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

½ cup bread crumbs (regular or panko)

1 egg (or 2 tbsp milk/cream as substitute)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Form into 16 meatballs (about ping pong ball size).

Arrange meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 375°F for 7–8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serve warm with your favorite sauce or sides.

Notes

For Italian-style meatballs, add ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning.

For extra heat, mix in chipotle powder or red pepper flakes.

These freeze well: freeze on a baking sheet, then store in a zip-top bag for easy reheating.

Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for about 6 minutes.
