Quick, crispy, and flavorful salmon bites made in the air fryer with a maple-soy marinade—perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 1/4 pounds skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes

Nonstick cooking spray

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, and black pepper. Add salmon cubes and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.

While salmon marinates, preheat the air fryer to 350°F.

Spray the air fryer basket liberally with nonstick spray. Arrange salmon pieces in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook in batches if needed.

Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, shaking the basket halfway through.

Transfer salmon to a warm plate and sprinkle with kosher salt. Repeat with any remaining salmon.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions after cooking.

Make it gluten-free by using tamari instead of soy sauce.

Serve over rice, salad, or in lettuce wraps for a full meal.
