Juicy chicken tenderloins with a honey-lime marinade, air-fried to crispy golden perfection. A fast, flavorful main dish ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenderloins

→ Marinade

1/2 cup Italian dressing

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

Make the Marinade:
In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, garlic, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Marinate Chicken:
Add chicken tenderloins to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour.

Preheat Air Fryer:
Set air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket with olive oil spray.

Cook Chicken:
Place marinated tenderloins in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest and Serve:
Let chicken rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Marinating for a full hour enhances flavor.

Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even cooking.

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated easily.
