This 5-minute juice is packed with fresh celery, beets, carrots, apples, ginger, and lemon—an energizing and cleansing drink made in a flash.

Ingredients

2 medium carrots

2 small beets

1 ½ apples

1 thumb fresh ginger (or to taste)

3 stalks celery

½ small lemon, peeled

Instructions

Prep Produce: Wash and prep all produce. Cut into smaller pieces if needed, depending on your juicer’s size and strength.

Juice: Add the fruits and vegetables to your juicer. Juice until smooth and well combined.

Serve: Pour over ice and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and flavor.

Notes

Use red or golden beets based on preference—red beets will give a deeper color.

For a sweeter juice, use a sweeter apple variety like Fuji or Gala.

Adjust ginger and lemon to taste for a milder or zesty flavor profile.

Can be made in a high-speed blender and strained if a juicer isn’t available.
