Light, fluffy, and naturally sweet – this healthy strawberry cloud cake is the ultimate no-bake dessert with just 3 simple ingredients.
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled, thawed if frozen)
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
1 ½ cups whipped topping (like Cocowhip or sugar-free Cool Whip)
Prepare strawberries: In a blender or food processor, purée strawberries until smooth.
Mix base: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with the strawberry purée. Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined and fluffy.
Assemble and chill: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or springform pan. Smooth the top.
Freeze: Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until set. Let thaw for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
