These crispy cottage cheese cheese sticks are the perfect low-carb, high-protein snack—made with just mozzarella and cottage cheese in minutes!
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Mix blended cottage cheese with shredded mozzarella in a bowl until well combined.
Spread mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet, about ½-inch thick.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing into 8 sticks.
